1931 newspaper
The death occurred on Friday of Mrs Margretter Morgan of Rhiwgoch. She had been ailing for some time. She was highly respected and was one of the oldest members of Llanrhystyd church. She is survived by her husband Mr John Morgan, four sons, and four daughters. The funeral took place on Tuesday when internment was made at Llanrhysted church yard, the Rev. I.Harries Williams vicar of Llanrhysted officiated at the house, the Rev. J.M.Lewis vicar of Llanddeiniol at the church, while both took part at the service at the graveside.
The mourners were the husband, Misses Anne and Lilian Morgan, Rhiwgoch, Mrs Jones of Mountain Ash, and Mrs Evan Glyn Morgan (should be Mrs Evans, Glamorgan), daughters. Messrs Morgan Owen, Rhiwgoch, Henry Morgan of Bridgend, Davis Morgan of Aberystwyth, and John M.Morgan of Lledra, sons. Mrs Morgan of Lledrod, daughter-in-law, Mr John Jones of Penparke, son-in-law, Ll… Oliver of Llangwyryfon. Mr & Mrs Williams of Devils Bridge, Ronni Evans, Rev. & Mrs D.Morgan of Pwll, Llanelly, Police Constable W.H.Morgan of Pennal, John Morgan Jones and Gwilym Jones, grandchildren. Mrs Daniel of Llanychaiarn, and Mrs Jones of Morfa, nieces.
