To my son Richard Rynald three stanges or Acers in Morva r escobe… whereof two are in the tenure of David ap David of p. of Llansanfread and thother stange now or late hath bin in the several tenures of Thomas ap Evan, David Thomas and Thomas Lloyd Joyner
To my son Thomas Rignald one stang or Acer in occ. of Dvid ap David, the fourth parte of one other stang or acer in occ. of Thomas Lloyd Joyner the fourth part of one other stange or acer in the occupation of the said David ap David, one other half acer or stange in the occupation of one Thomas ap Howell and on other half acer or stang… in the occupation of Sible Griffith widdowe all which permises are situate in Morva r Esgob… to have and to hold in morgaedge or £15 redeemable by my son and heir Hugh ap Rignald by repayment of the said 15 pounds at the feast day of St Michaell the Archangell in the end of any three yeares successiely following after my decesse
